Master B.V. Ramanaiah, 7th Dan Black Belt, has been the President of Taekwon-Do Association of India (TAI-ITF) since 2000. He was the first 4th Dan Blackbelt holder from India. He participated in the 8th World Taekwon-do Championship in Pyongyang, DPR Korea in 1992. He attended Ist Junior World Championship in Moscow, Russia in July 1993 as a Technical Director of Taekwon-do Association of India.
His students Ch.Krishna Rao (5th Dan Black Belt) and Mr.D.V.V.Prasad (6th Dan Black Belt) participated in the 9th World Taekwon-do Championship in Terrenganu, Malaysia in September 1994. Under the leadership of Master B.V.Ramanaiah, 16 members participated in the General Choi Hong Hi Seminar held at Nepal in 2000.
